Create a post-offer package or Pre-Onboarding kit

Coffee / Lunches with the Manager

Coffee Lunches with the Manager or someone from the senior management team is always good for the candidate experience. Everyone likes goodies & gifts. It is always a nice idea to swoon your candidates with a bag of goodies or office branding merchandise. Sending a “looking forward to you Joining” note from the Senior Management team adds the icing on top.

Birthday Wishes

If the candidate’s birthday falls between the offer to joining date period, then it always adds a feel-good factor to get wished on their birthday. A feeling of importance adds immense value to the candidate experience.
