Basic Plan

The company profile and Job post shall be active for 30 Days

Your vacancy is advertised on Multi Recruit and on free jobsites but excludes Premium Job sites

All Applicants profiles are viewable on the Applicant Tracking System for you to take further course of action

Plan Cost: Rs. 499


Job Distribution Plan

Your Career Page (company Page & Job pages) shall be active for 30 Days

Your vacancy would be advertised on Multi Recruit & all prominent jobsites including the Premium Job Boards

All Applicants profiles are viewable on the Applicant Tracking System for you to take further course of action.

Plan Cost: Rs. 3,999 Exclusive of Applicable Taxes.


PAY AS YOU GO

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 2-5 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 22,999.

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 5-8 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 33,999.

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 8-12 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 45,999.

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 12-16 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 79,999.

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 16-20 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 99,999.

IF the CTC of the candidate is between 20-24 Lakhs then the Cost for the plan is = Rs. 1,19,999.


  • The entire Campaign would be active until the hire is made
  • Your Career Page (company Page & Job pages) shall be active between 30 to 45 Days
  • Your vacancy is advertised on Multi Recruit & all prominent jobsites including the Premium Boards
  • A dedicated Recruitment Specialist is allocated to assist with your job opening
  • Active and Passive Candidates will be sourced
  • The short-listed candidates selected by you will be screened through a telephone interview based on your criteria
  • The candidates clearing the telephonic interview will be scheduled for final interviews with you
  • We provide a guarantee of at least one hire
  • We provide a 30 days replacement guarantee for the hired candidate if he/ she leaves the company on his/ her own free will
  • Any business agreement reached for this plan is governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka and "The Courts of law" based in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the Terms of Use.*Multiple Hire –The fixed cost will be applicable for 1 hire only
  • If the candidate is hired over the CTC for which the plan is taken, Multi Recruit is liable to upgrade the plan which accommodates the CTC bracket offered. The difference of cost can be paid on the DOJ of the candidate

PAY ON SUCCESSFUL HIRE

An agreement needs to be signed initially before availing this campaign.

The costs for this plan are as follows:

  • For Annual CTC up to 7 Lacs @ 8.33% of the gross annual CTC plus applicable taxes
  • For Annual CTC between 7-12 Lacs @12% of the gross CTC plus applicable taxes
  • For Annual CTC above 12 Lacs @15% of the gross CTC plus applicable taxes

Feedback Sharing, Refund Policy & Racial Discrimination

  • This service, being a time sensitive one, it's important that once you receive the batch of resumes, you would be required to provide us feedback on the quality of the profiles within 48 hours. Your valuable feedback will determine our next course of action
  • With Pay As You Go Model, In case for any reason that you were unable to share detailed feedback or provide reasons for rejection/selection, or remain incommunicado for over 2 days, , the 100% refund policy will automatically cease and become null and void, unless informed in writing, of reasons for such a delay
  • If there are any changes in the Job Description, after the ost the agreement has been signed, Multi Recruit shall not be liable for guaranteed hire or refund Policy
  • Industry Standard hike must be provided to Candidates (up to 30%), If selected candidates are offered salary, lesser than their current CTC, the refund policy shall become null and void
  • A letter of intent/offer letter to be extended to the candidates on hold/final shortlisted candidates within 48 hours after the final discussion, failing which the refund policy becomes null and void
  • Multi Recruit does not entertain any gender or racial discrimination for candidates who are eligible for the job.
