  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter having Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Results Driven,
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Typically manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process
  • Manage coordination with candidates and scheduling interviews on a daily basis.
  • Schedule up to 40-50 interviews on an average
  • Schedule bulk drives.
