Job Title / Designation:  Finance and Accounts Manager


Job Description:

 

Venus Surgical Agencies is looking for an accountant who would be responsible for supporting financial decision-making by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data. You would also be responsible for coordination with several clients regarding financial transactions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Prepare and analyze accounting reports to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

·         Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax requirements including TDS returns / GST returns and computations.

·         Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping, bookkeeping and accounting systems

·         Maintain financial records of day to day business operations

·         Coordinate and assist our clients regarding financial transactions

·         Ensure timely collection of all due payments, from third parties

·         Manage and coordinate vendor payments including employee tax workings / PF & PT filing

·         Follow up with clients for payments

·         Manage payroll for all employees

·         Ensure conformance all necessary statutory compliances

 

Requirements:

 

·         3-5 yrs of experience in accounting

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting

·         Basic mathematical skills, the ability to analyze figures, knowledge of accounting principles and excellent excel skills

·         Excellent communication skills is a must have

·         Knowledge of computers and familiarity with accounting software’s like tally, excel

·         Someone who can be on their feet and is a fast learner

·         Provides attention to details

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3-5 years 

 

Annual CTC: As Per Company Standards
