Essential Job Functions:

 

• Hiring right sales persons.

• Providing right direction, strategies and support to sales executives in closing the deals.

• Motivate the sales teams to meet and surpass the aggressive goals. 

• Identify potential markets and update the management.

• Anchor as a channel between sales and consultancy teams.

• Communicating with technical and product development teams.

• Soliciting feedback from the sales, consulting, clients and share it with management.

 

Requirements for Position:

 

Passion: To prove self and grow big in life.

Experience: Experience of sales and sales management experience in the education sector.

Mandatory skill set: Experience of building and establishing sales teams at least for five years, good computer knowledge, experience of using internet applications, ability to think and act dynamically and excellent communication skills. 

Other preferences: Ability to join immediately, experience on school related software products

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

Additionally, we are looking for Senior Sales Executives (Non-MBA) but with deep experience with direct sales (preferably in the Education Domain / ERP) and proven track record with a client base for Delhi and Ranchi markets. Communication and Presentation skills in both English and Hindi should be excellent.
