We're looking for people who are passionate about managing great sales teams establishing consistency in to the DNA of the team. Use your extensive knowledge of the industry and Sales experience to set up experiments with a potential to breakthrough the B2B sales cycles.

Requirements 
* Extensive experience in corporate/B2B sales and account management. 
* Team Handling experience. 
* Experience with Logistics industry and communities. 
* Account management and Up selling. 
* Experience in managing and overshooting sales targets.

Role for next coming months: 
• Set up an effective team and processes that can consistently drive results. 
• Meet quarter on quarter targets with your team and eventually make it an autonomous function setting up benchmarks for results/conversions. 
• Work with the Lead to initiate and execute projects multiplying in-bound leads. 
• Hit revenue targets semi annually. 
• Expand partnerships. 
* Meet every single number to the dot expected out of you and your team.
