The Team consists of qualified and experienced professionals who bring to the organization their varied experience in IT Training, Software Development, Business Development and Workforce Management areas. The founders of DTecH IT Education carry combined experience of more than 20 years in the IT Industry and hence DTecH boasts of an MNC work culture and aims in providing suitable work environment for all roles, providing the best work life balance, challenging work environment, open work culture and more.
Executives are responsible for generating revenue through sales of our training services to existing and new customers and clients, leading all significant sales initiatives and providing basic services and re-subscription to customers.
The profile is a combination of Inside Sales as well as Customer Relationship Management.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate
•Responsible for developing new business opportunities for the Company
•Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch products to them
•Maintain all customer interactions through the CRM System
•Respond to queries from existing and prospective customers
•Generate revenue through sales
•Generating Walk-ins and Home counselling’s
•Maintaining System and daily sales Reports
•Handling walk-ins at centre & counseling students for the courses
•Marketing - Cold calls, incoming phone calls, Emails, Leads from site listings, various
•Online sources of marketing including Google , Facebook, Emailer, Newsletter
•Counseling prospective candidates about the course offering and convert the enquiry into admission
Specific Skill Set:
Excellent Sales as well as Customer Relationship Management skills

Travel & Allowance:
Annual CTC: Between 1-3 lakhs per annum
Work Timings: 9AM till 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
